Account Problems, and the Clause Behind Each One

Guide By Declan Fraser Aug 16, 2026

Nine account problems, each matched to the clause in the operator’s own terms that causes it. A cash-out that comes back has been reversed, not queued, document rejections are usually formatting, and Visa is the only payout rail. Published rules rather than guesswork.

Start with the symptom

Account trouble at this casino usually traces back to a published rule rather than a fault in the software. The table below maps each complaint to the clause behind it, and to the section that unpacks it.

None of it needs a support ticket first. Eight of those nine symptoms are answered in writing on the operator’s own site, and knowing the clause changes what you say when you do open a chat.

How these answers were sourced

We downloaded every published page of the Stellar Spins site on 19/10/2026, roughly 589,000 characters spanning the rulebook, the cashier pages and the help centre, and read it through. Then we searched that text for each clause that governs the problems above: the cash-out audit rules, the pending period, the document specification, the bonus-selection requirement and the grounds for locking an account.

We have not deposited money here and we have not timed a payout. Everything below is what the operator commits to in writing.

That distinction matters here more than elsewhere. Several of the casino’s marketing pages describe payouts and rails its own terms and banking table contradict, including crypto withdrawals and sub-24-hour payouts. Where the two disagree, the terms bind the operator, so the terms are what gets quoted below.

When the site refuses to load

Two separate things produce the same blank screen, and they need different responses.

The first is geo-restriction. Requested from an address outside Australia, the domain answers with HTTP 403 and a block page naming the country it refused, which we confirmed from a British connection while collecting the material for this page. Travelling, a VPN endpoint abroad or a carrier routing you through an overseas gateway all produce it, and the account itself is untouched.

The second is the Australian blocking programme. The Australian Communications and Media Authority operates a list of offshore gambling domains that local internet providers are directed to block, and sites in this category periodically stop resolving. (2) When that happens your balance has not been deleted. The route to it has closed.

Practically, that argues for one habit: keep the balance low. A domain you cannot reach is a balance you cannot withdraw. Our rundown of where Australian law stands on offshore operators explains why the blocking programme exists.

What will not help is a second account. Holding more than one active account is listed in clause 2.7.3 as grounds for locking both and voiding the balance, so registering again from a different connection is the most expensive possible workaround.

A failed sign-in is a different matter, and the terms are blunt about it. Clause 2.3 puts keeping the account number and password secure on the player, and says the casino is not required to maintain either for someone who misplaces or forgets them. There is a reset path on the login screen and 24/7 chat handles access queries, but no recovery timing is committed to anywhere.

Clause 2.2 adds the detail that catches anyone who registered a while ago: it removes the operator’s liability for anything flowing from incorrect contact details, naming withdrawal and account closure as its examples. Verification and payout mail goes to the registered address, so one you no longer read is worth fixing early. The walk-through of opening an account and signing in covers those fields.

Why a bonus never arrived

This is the most avoidable problem on the list, and the rule behind it runs to one sentence. Clause 3.1.4 requires the player to select the desired bonus from the bonus list at the point of depositing. Clause 3.2.2 repeats it for the welcome tiers with an example: to claim the 125% up to $2,000 plus 40 free spins, that option has to be chosen before the deposit succeeds.

Four published conditions decide whether credit arrives.

  • Selection before payment. The bonus is picked from a list in the cashier while the deposit is being made, not afterwards.
  • A$20 minimum. Clause 3.1.2 sets the qualifying deposit for any bonus or free-spin award at $20, against the A$10 floor that applies to ordinary unbonused play.
  • One per deposit. Clause 3.1.3 allows a single bonus against a single deposit, so two offers cannot be stacked on one transaction.
  • No back-dating. Clause 3.4.3 is explicit that deposits made before a bonus was selected do not qualify later, regardless of whether the promotion was still running.

That last clause closes the door most players try first. Support cannot attach the offer retrospectively; the terms remove the discretion. A deposit that cleared without a selection is simply cash, and cash carries no turnover requirement, which is not the worst outcome available.

Why documents come back

Every cash-out is subject to an audit under clause 5.1, and the document specification is published in full. A rejection is therefore almost always a formatting problem rather than a judgement about you.

ItemWhat the operator asks forWhy it gets rejected
Photo identificationA valid ID card, driver’s licence or passport, matching the registration details exactlyName or date differs from the account
Proof of addressA recent utility bill, no older than three months, showing name and addressStatement date has aged out
Registered cardsCopies showing the first 6 and last 4 digits onlyMiddle digits or security code left visible
Image qualityClear and legible, no blurPhone photo taken at an angle or in low light
CoverageOn the ID and the bill, no detail may be coveredA thumb or a sticky note over a corner
Crypto funding under $2,000No documents required to depositNot applicable

The card rule and the coverage rule pull in opposite directions, which is easy to get wrong. On the identity document and the utility bill, nothing may be obscured. On a card copy the operator asks you to do the obscuring: block the digits between the first six and the last four, and block the security code on the reverse. A card image showing the full number is not more complete, it is wrong by the published specification.

Two channels accept the files. The account profile has a documents area, and the published fallback is explicit: if the upload gives you trouble, email the files to [email protected]. Use that route the moment the uploader stalls rather than retrying it for an afternoon.

Our guide to getting verified at an offshore casino goes through the formats that pass and the order to send them in.

Reversed rather than queued

A payout that disappears from your pending list and turns back into playable balance has not been refused. It has been returned, and the terms describe three distinct routes to that outcome.

Why it came backClauseWhat actually resolves it
Requested documents did not arrive before the pending period lapsed5.5Complete verification, then lodge the request again
You cancelled it yourself inside the pending window5.6Nothing is wrong; request it again and leave it alone
The amount was below the published floor5.7Wait until the balance clears $20, or $50 for a bank transfer
Documents were requested and never supplied at all5.2Account is locked and winnings voided; this one is not recoverable by resubmitting
Wagering on an active bonus is unfinished5.11Complete the turnover, or forfeit the bonus and its winnings

The difference between the first row and the fourth is timing. Late documents cost you a returned cash-out and another attempt. Documents that never arrive, or arrive falsified, trigger clause 5.2, under which the account is locked and the winnings voided.

So the order is not optional. Verify the account, wait for approval, then request money.

We do not recommend lodging a withdrawal request before your documents have been approved. The request does not sit in a queue waiting for them; clause 5.5 returns it to the playable balance, which puts the money back in front of the games at exactly the moment you had decided to take it off the table. That is a published mechanism rather than an accusation, and it costs nothing to avoid.

The pending window, and the minimum nobody mentions

Two numbers in clause 5.6 and 5.7 explain most complaints about payout speed, and neither appears in the casino’s marketing.

First, the pending period. A cash-out requested Monday to Friday sits a minimum of 24 hours before processing begins, and during that period the player can reverse it back into the casino account. Weekend requests are processed the following day. The published three to five business days starts after that window closes, not when you click.

Second, the floor. The minimum cash-out is $50 by bank transfer and $20 by the other methods shown on the withdrawal page, and anything under the stated figure is credited back to the balance rather than paid.

The reversal facility deserves a caution the operator does not offer. A 24-hour window in which a pending payout can be pushed back into a playable balance reads as convenience and works as a trap, because the only reason anyone uses it is to keep playing with money they had already decided to take out. If a payout feels slow, that is the pending period doing its job, and the fix is to leave the request alone.

The method-by-method timings for each rail set out what happens after the pending period ends.

What gets forfeited, and why

A win that arrives smaller than expected is usually a ceiling rather than an error. Separate caps apply, and they work differently.

CapPublished limitWhat happens to the rest
Welcome offer cash-out$5,000, or 6x the value of each qualifying deposit, whichever is largerRemaining balance forfeited
Any other bonus$5,000 maximum withdrawal from the winningsRemaining balance forfeited
Weekly withdrawal10,000 per week in the account currencyHeld in the account until the next week
Bonus turnover50x the bonus on the welcome and on any offer of 100% or more, 40x otherwiseCash-out blocked until completed

The third row behaves unlike the first two. An amount above the weekly cap is not lost, it waits, and the queue restarts each week; an amount above a bonus ceiling is gone. If a win straddles both, the bonus ceiling applies first and the weekly cap then schedules whatever survived it.

One currency note applies to every dollar figure above. The bonus rules state that promo sums are denominated in euros and converted, so those are the operator’s dollar signs on euro-denominated sums rather than Australian ones.

Nine ways in, one way out

If the cashier took your money without complaint and now offers nothing to withdraw to, the account is behaving as documented. The banking table lists Visa, Mastercard, Neosurf and six cryptocurrencies for deposits, all instant. It lists one method for withdrawals.

  • Visa: deposits and withdrawals, payouts quoted at three to five business days.
  • Mastercard: deposits only, no payout route published.
  • Neosurf: deposits only, with no account to return funds to.
  • six coins run through CoinsPaid, XRP: deposits only through the processor.

Several of the operator’s promotional pages say otherwise, describing crypto payouts and e-wallet withdrawals inside a day. Those pages are marketing copy; the banking table and the terms are the commitment support will apply. We flag the discrepancy rather than resolve it, because only the operator can.

The consequence is narrow and worth stating once. A balance built from a Neosurf voucher or a crypto deposit can only leave through a Visa card, so with no Visa card registered there is no exit at all. Register the card that will receive the payout to before the balance matters.

Locked accounts and withheld balances

Clause 2.7 reserves the right to cancel or close an account at any time without notice, and lists eleven circumstances in which the operator may additionally lock it, void winnings and confiscate the balance. These are the published conditions, stated neutrally.

Published groundClauseWhat it covers in practice
Incorrect or misleading registration information2.7.1Name, date of birth or address that does not match the documents
Payment name mismatch2.7.2The card or banking method is not in the account holder’s name
More than one active account2.7.3A duplicate registration, including one made to regain access
Cashing out before a promotion is completed2.7.4Withdrawing while bonus turnover is unfinished
Chargebacks2.7.5Any deposit disputed back through the card issuer
Someone else playing on the account2.7.7Shared logins, whether or not it was deliberate
Play that is not personal entertainment2.7.8Group, syndicate or professional play
Linked accounts2.7.9Shared devices, networks or financial accounts between players

Two of these catch honest players rather than bad actors. A card in a partner’s name breaches 2.7.2 even where a household treats the money as shared, and a flatmate taking a few spins on your session breaches 2.7.7. Clauses 2.5 and 2.6 ban transfers to accounts not in your own name and the selling of accounts; clause 2.4 extends the prohibition to minors.

If a lock has already happened, the escalation route below is the only channel, and the clause cited to you is the thing to get in writing.

A round that cut out

Connection drops during play are covered by a published refresh policy rather than by goodwill.

Clause 8.4 states that a player returning to an interrupted game is shown the last round’s result, the amount won or lost and the credit balance. If the connection failed mid-round and the game can still be interacted with, the round can be finished on return, with no deadline set for coming back. Where a request to start a new round never reached the server, the previous result is what shows.

So a frozen pokie mid-spin is normally resolved by reloading the same game rather than by contacting anyone.

Two caveats sit alongside it. Clause 4.3 lets the operator void winnings produced by a hardware or software malfunction and declares all bets void in a system failure, while clause 8.3.1 notes that some games will not run on older operating systems, which is the first thing to check when one title fails on a phone where everything else loads. Clause 8.4.2 does give the player a means to investigate results after a system failure, and that request is worth making in writing when a balance looks wrong.

Limits, breaks and closing the account

The responsible-gambling controls are the part of the account that works on a stated schedule.

Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly or monthly, and a requested limit is implemented within 24 hours according to the published wording. Account locks run from 24 hours to six months, with an indefinite lock available on request, and session reminders and loss limits are offered alongside them.

Closing the account is covered by clause 2.8. A player can close at any time by contacting support, and the balance is made available to cash in, though the standard verification documents will still be requested and any outstanding wagering conditions continue to apply. A closure request does not shortcut the audit.

One observation about the operator’s own version of this. Its responsible-gambling pages carry the same space-themed comic voice as the marketing, with planets and space laws and a crew, though the services named are real. The information is correct; the register is a poor fit for the page a person in trouble needs.

Escalating, and where the path stops

Three channels are published, with two stated response commitments between them.

ChannelPublished detail
Live chatOn site, 24/7, no stated response time
General email[email protected], no stated response time
Documents[email protected], used when the uploader fails
Formal dispute[email protected], reviewed and answered within 48 hours
Marketing preferencesApplied across sites, allow up to 72 hours
External regulatorNo route published

Clause 7.8 is the escalation rule: a complaint not resolved to the player’s satisfaction goes to the disputes address, reviewed and answered within 48 hours. Lead with the clause number, the date, the amount and the transaction reference, and ask for the decision in writing.

The last row of that table is the limit of what this page can offer, and it belongs in plain sight rather than a footnote. The casino says it holds a Curaçao gaming licence but attaches none of the three identifiers a complaint would need: a number, a named licensee, a company registration. We searched for all three. Without an identifier there is no register entry to look up and no external body that can be handed a file, so the 48-hour dispute commitment is a promise the operator makes about itself with nobody above it to enforce the outcome. No domestic regulator is available either, because no Australian licence is held, and the law does not permit online casino games to be supplied to Australians. (2) Our examination of what the licence disclosure does and does not contain sets out those searches.

Your next move

Pick the line that matches your situation and act on that one.

If a cash-out came back into your balance, check verification status first, then the amount against the $20 and $50 floors, and only then contact anyone.

If documents keep getting rejected, re-shoot the ID flat and uncovered, re-crop the card so only its opening and closing digits survive, and email the set to the documents address rather than fighting the uploader.

If a bonus did not credit, stop asking for it. Clause 3.4.3 rules out back-dating, so the deposit stands as cash and the next one is where a selection can be made.

If you cannot withdraw at all, look at which method funded the account. A Visa card has to be registered before anything can leave.

If the account is locked, ask the disputes address in writing which clause of 2.7 was applied and on what date, and keep the reply.

If the site itself will not load, rule out a geo-restriction and the blocking programme before assuming anything has happened to the account, and do not open a second one.

If none of those describes your problem, open the 24/7 chat with three things ready: the date, the exact amount, and the clause you believe applies. An agent handed a clause number answers a different question from one handed a complaint. Our assessment of how this operator handles the money side gives the wider context.

Account questions

Can a cash-out be cancelled once it is requested?

Yes. Clause 5.6 gives a minimum 24-hour pending period on weekday requests, and the operator states a player can reverse the cash-out back into the casino account during it.

Why did a small payout request land back in my balance?

It was likely under the floor. The published minimum is $50 by bank transfer and $20 by other methods, and anything smaller is credited back rather than paid.

Should the security code be visible on a card copy?

No. The operator asks you to block the middle digits of the card, and to block the CVC on the reverse. Only the ID and the utility bill must be uncovered.

Can support add a bonus after the deposit has cleared?

No. Clause 3.4.3 rules out back-dated bonuses, and deposits made before an offer was selected from the bonus list do not qualify afterwards.

Where do documents go if the upload tool fails?

To [email protected]. The operator publishes that address specifically for players who cannot get the in-account uploader to accept their files.

What happens to the balance if I close the account?

It is made available to cash in under clause 2.8.2, but the usual verification documents are still requested and any unfinished wagering conditions continue to apply.

Is a pokie round lost if the connection drops mid-spin?

Normally no. The refresh policy displays the last result and balance on return, and an unfinished round can be completed with no deadline set.
